I <3 socks! I knitted mine on double point needles (DPN) and I am currently knitting a sock using two circular needles...but if you can knit the pair at the same time using magic loop then you can double your sock output!

Amy ~X~Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-673966415825003543.post-24934829124652464562011-03-27T11:16:46.041-04:002011-03-27T11:16:46.041-04:00Love the hat. Which is kind of scary...especially when I inevitably knit something that doesn't fit haha.

oooooh I can't wait to try to make socks! There is something about a bulky pair of wool socks that makes me think of fireplaces and hot chocolate. What's awesome about socks and circular needles is that you can knit the pair at the same time on the same needle! Same thing with mittens.

;) love the pun! haha not corny at all. I'm checking out some yarn shops over the weekend to find the right combo of colors from the Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino yarn line....I'm thinking mint chocolate chip colors for the blankie.Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13003181999603861937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-673966415825003543.post-23343956349975860162011-03-25T14:21:05.064-04:002011-03-25T14:21:05.064-04:00It looks awesome! I can't wait to try Magic Loop for them. I watched a You Tube video on it last night and I think I understand it.

Okay, here's the verdict on my circular needle purchasing problem. I bought a full set of Knit Picks Zephyr needles (for $39.99) AND Nickel Plated needles (off someone from Ravelry for $60 including shipping). I couldn't decide and I LOVE the NP ones for knitting with cotton. I'll have a review on my blog tomorrow about the Knit Picks Try It set!!! Check it out!

Have a knitty weekend!
