Day 3 & 4 of 14(ish) Days of Thankfulness

I will probably be posting for this every other day...by the time I get home, I'm pooped. But here is my second installment of Grace's 14 Days of Thankfulness.

Day 3:

Fountain in my building

I am thankful for my new job and my new co-workers.  It feels good to work again - and it will feel even better once training is complete and I can feel like a contributing employee.   I was out of work for so long and while usually a pretty cheerful, optimistic person I was definitely depressed during that year and a half.  The constant worrying and stress of everything...it was not good. Not good at all. My commute is pretty awful - but it will get better!

Day 4:

How can a book with this cover NOT be amazing?!

I am thankful for books! I love to read. When I was a wee, little girl I used to hide under my blankets with a flashlight to stay up late to read. Now, I still sometimes stay up late to read...sometimes it's just too hard to put up a good book! I am a huge fan of YA literature, and I also love me a good cheesy historical romance novel.
